Our refund policy has been designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the nature of digital creative work. This page outlines the terms under which refunds are issued, revision limits, and cancellation rules across all plans.

1. Scope of Our Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to all video editing services offered under the Basic, Standard, and Premium subscription plans. It covers custom editing work, short and long-form videos, and any other editing services provided as part of a subscription or standalone agreement.

2. Understanding the Nature of Digital Services

Video editing is a service that requires both time and creativity. Once work begins on a project, hours are invested in planning, editing, and communication. Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of the work, full refunds are generally not provided once editing has commenced. However, we always aim for a fair resolution.

3. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • No Work Has Started: If you cancel your project within 24 hours of payment, and no work has started.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment was made twice for the same service or subscription in error.
  • Payment Made by Mistake: If you subscribed to the wrong plan and informed us within 24 hours before any work began.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Client Cancels After Work Begins: If editing work has started, but not yet been delivered. Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Client Is Dissatisfied After Revisions: If, after all included revisions are exhausted, you are still unsatisfied with the final delivery, we may issue a partial refund based on a review by our quality assurance team.

Please note: Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness for both the client and our team.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • You change your mind after the editing work is complete.
  • You delay or fail to provide source footage, instructions, or branding assets within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You do not request a revision within the revision window.
  • The service has already been completed and delivered as per your initial brief.
  • Technical issues on your device (not related to our output file format or delivery method).

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to our editing plans at any time. Here’s how it works:

  • Before the Next Billing Cycle: If you cancel before your next billing date, you won’t be charged again, and no further work will be delivered.
  • After Billing Date: If you cancel after the new billing cycle starts, the current month will be completed as paid. We do not offer prorated refunds.

To cancel your subscription, email our support team or log into your client dashboard and click “Cancel Subscription.”

7. Refund Process Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
  • Any files, raw footage, or deliverables created during the canceled project will no longer be accessible.

8. Revisions vs. Refunds

Our plans come with specific revision limits:

  • Basic Plan: 1 revision per video
  • Standard Plan: 2 revisions per video
  • Premium Plan: 3 revisions per video

We strongly encourage all clients to use their revisions. Clear feedback helps us improve your video and resolve issues before considering a refund.

9. Custom Projects and One-Off Orders

For custom or one-time projects (outside subscription packages), refund eligibility is limited. If work has already started or been delivered, refunds are unlikely unless a critical service failure can be demonstrated.

To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend:

  • Providing clear briefs and instructions
  • Approving storyboards (if applicable)
  • Using your allocated revisions promptly
